Hop Combine

8% – DOUBLE  IPA

Our Hop Mower’s Twisted Uncle that fled his rebel family of Kolsch’s and joined the Dark Side of Double IPA’s. In his journey he refused to travel abroad and only harvested fields of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo Hops.

Lawn Racer

5.3% – KOLSCH

BRAZZ BONANZA

5.5% – FRUITED SOUR

It may not bleed green but this fruited sour is dosed with a plethora of Raspberry and Blackberry fruit purée that would surely please El Guapo. So raise a glass to summon the invisible swordsman or perhaps a return of the whale and the bonanza. Cheers!

He's A Clown

5.9% – American Brown Ale

A forgotten style, from the 1700’s, a slight malty caramel note complemented by a chocolate aroma & taste with a subtle roastiness. Ours is a soft porter w/ strong chocolate notes, a slight caramel finish, & just enough hop bitterness & roastiness to make it a sessionable treat. Just like Charlie, the brown ale always wonders about the other styles and why’s everybody always picking on me. Cheers!

LAZLO

6% – Double Dry Hopped NEIPA

This batch may not be our one million six hundred and fifty thousandth batch but we enjoyed reaching into Lazlo’s secret closet of hops and throwing in some Citra, Idaho 7, and Cashmere hops. We are excited to add new twists to Lazlo in the future and finding our inner genius. Cheers!

THE THING 3

5.8% – BROWN ALE

Experimental Series #3 – A Brown Ale with a punch of Maple Syrup, perfect for the last days of winter. The brown ale chocolate aroma and subtle roasted flavor pairs perfectly with a hint of Maple Syrup – Cheers!

LIL' HOP

4.4% – SESSION IPA

A New England session version of our popular Hop Combine NEDIPA where we added Idaho 7 hops into the cool pool whirlpool for an extra tropical kick – Cheers!

A coffee chocolate stout inspired by Papa who always supported us and taught us to let loose and occasionally break out the bug on the dance floor because you only live once and you may only have several times to get crazy with the ones you love. Cheers to all that enjoy this beverage and the moments you may create with the people you love.

Lovley And kind

5.5% – DRY HOPPED PALE ALE

A Daughter of One of our founders wrote an early story of her life, and at 8 years of age she stated she was born lovley and kind. The art work is from her story and although it’s misspelled we loved the innocence of it and the message it carries. We are all born lovley and kind. Let’s work together to stay lovley and kind. We hope you enjoy this beer and the thought behind it. Cheers!

PCBC BEER REVIEWS

Technically tried every beer on tap and in cans. There was not a single beer that I thought needed work. They were all delicious. I was blown away by the flavor of the Lawn Racer. Definitely a must have beer. A perfect representation of the style. The staff was wonderful. Always willing to talk about the beers and about the location. All in all this location is a diamond in the rough and a must try.

Red Maple Ale – this is indeed one of the best red ales I’ve ever had the opportunity to drink. It’s very favorable with malty overtones with a hint of sweetness from the maple.

Sean Dee

This place is great and the beer is awesome!

plazakhan48

Great beer! Tasty and hazy, but light enough so enjoying more than one is not an issue. Will definitely be back for more!

craiglauzon23

Haven’t found a better brewery beer yet. Best part? Isn’t a friend who’s tasted it that didn’t love it and we have friends who like all different kinds of brews but true to its name -everyone loves it!

smccray59

Delicious! Going to be a great addition to my summer.

Jeremiah

Absolutely stellar Czech Pils! Very crisp and well balanced with hops.

I recently rediscovered my love for beer. I enjoy trying new ones but after having the PCBC Citranade, I’m all good! I could drink this all day (is that bad?). I can’t wait to get a beer fridge for Christmas and fill it with PCBC!

ellenkroberts

This beer is tremendous – beyond anything you could expect from a typical stout. Much like it’s namesake goes beyond your typical Papa. It’s seriously solid.

Bryce C

Was a bit hesitant to try PCBC , just due to its small size. We are so glad we tried it. Not only was their beer tasty, but everyone was super friendly.
