Don't Call Me Francis
5.2% – Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale
If you call me an IPA, I’ll kill you, if you touch my hops, I’ll kill you. “Lighten up Francis” you are just a pale ale generously hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and HBC 586 and have a mango / pineapple aroma and flavor with a kiss of pine. Cheers!
He's A Clown
5.9% – American Brown Ale
A forgotten style, from the 1700’s, a slight malty caramel note complemented by a chocolate aroma & taste with a subtle roastiness. Ours is a soft porter w/ strong chocolate notes, a slight caramel finish, & just enough hop bitterness & roastiness to make it a sessionable treat. Just like Charlie, the brown ale always wonders about the other styles and why’s everybody always picking on me. Cheers!

Our Hop Mower’s Twisted Uncle that fled his rebel family of Kolsch’s and joined the Dark Side of Double IPA’s. In his journey he refused to travel abroad and only harvested fields of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo Hops.

James is a Berliner Weise style sour beer infused with a heavy hand of peach puree that would make James and his giant peach envious. At a low ABV of 3.5%, a PH of 3.15, and a crisp carbonation James is refreshingly flavorful and tart. Cheers!

New England style Session IPA using Centennial, Bru-1, and Mosaic in the whirlpool with a dry hop of Mosaic, Centennial, and Riwaka. We get a nice tropical aroma and taste along with a hint of flowery essence.

The second beer in our Paddle on experimental series, a slightly spiced winter ale that has been double fermented with an infusion of Belgian candi syrup resulting in a beer with subtle flavors of vanilla, bourbon, and molasses. PCBC BEER REVIEWS
Technically tried every beer on tap and in cans. There was not a single beer that I thought needed work. They were all delicious. I was blown away by the flavor of the Lawn Racer. Definitely a must have beer. A perfect representation of the style. The staff was wonderful. Always willing to talk about the beers and about the location. All in all this location is a diamond in the rough and a must try.
Red Maple Ale – this is indeed one of the best red ales I’ve ever had the opportunity to drink. It’s very favorable with malty overtones with a hint of sweetness from the maple.
This place is great and the beer is awesome!
Great beer! Tasty and hazy, but light enough so enjoying more than one is not an issue. Will definitely be back for more!
Haven’t found a better brewery beer yet. Best part? Isn’t a friend who’s tasted it that didn’t love it and we have friends who like all different kinds of brews but true to its name -everyone loves it!

I recently rediscovered my love for beer. I enjoy trying new ones but after having the PCBC Citranade, I’m all good! I could drink this all day (is that bad?). I can’t wait to get a beer fridge for Christmas and fill it with PCBC!
This beer is tremendous – beyond anything you could expect from a typical stout. Much like it’s namesake goes beyond your typical Papa. It’s seriously solid.
Was a bit hesitant to try PCBC , just due to its small size. We are so glad we tried it. Not only was their beer tasty, but everyone was super friendly.
